Ca dei Frati Pratto IGT
 The “Pratto” is a blend of Trebbiano, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. The three grape varieties are fermented and aged separately: Sauvignon Blanc in stainless steel tanks, Trebbiano and Chardonnay in barriques. The blending takes place shortly before bottling. The wine then undergoes six months of bottle aging. The “Pratto” is an international-style white wine.
