The Ornellaia presents an impressive array of aromas: notes of black and red berries, cherry, cassis, cedar, tobacco, cocoa, spices, and subtle herbal hints such as thyme and bay leaf create a complex flavor profile. Vinification
The grapes for Ornellaia are hand-harvested and vinified separately. After traditional maceration, the wine matures for approximately 18 months in French oak barrels, where a balanced aging process ensures deep structure and harmonious power.
